You will need a way to haul your inflatable from the delivery vehicle to the setup location. There are many companies that sell specially designed hand trucks for this purpose. These are very useful in transporting your larger units. For smaller bounce houses a hand truck from your local home improvement center should be adequate. Be sure it has a weight rating in excess of the weight of your inflatable. Also, having larger tires on the hand truck will make it easier when travelling over uneven surfaces, grass, or up and down stairs.
A toolbox is a good way of storing and transporting your anchor stakes. Of course, these stakes need to be driven into the ground so having a good hammer in there is essential. Zip-ties for reattaching your signs, securing hoses for water slides, etc are handy to bring along. A roll of duct tape to tape down extension cords along walkways is a good idea. Also, scissors and some pieces of rope for if or when their need arises.
You will need to supply electrical power to your blower motors. Most blower motors only come with a 25' cord. Extension cords will be needed to reach many of your setup areas. Having your cords on a reel will save time and make storage easier. A good shop vacuum with a crevice tool will be need during cleaning. You might also want to think of having a smaller portable vacuum with you on your pickups and deliveries. Also, as a way of keeping your inflatables cleaner and as a convenience for your customers, having a piece of astroturf or other similar surface in front of the bounce house step is recommended.
